Update2: and the hole goes deeper. Arktos Entertainment's address was a fake,it's in fact a park-house and their company number is actually the number of the California Department of Consumer Affairs (no joke you can check the number yourself through the bloomberg link down below). DJ2 Entertainment office was empty when we checked (may 15th/around 2pm) and no one picks up the phone either.

I decided to post this here because all the evidence gets deleted on the game's steam forums by their mod Billydakid/StarRisk. (an actual steam mod made things right and unbanned me - thanks!)
A lot of you might remember the cash grab games like Warz/Infestation, Shattered Skies, Romero's Aftermath, Last Man Standing, Burstfire and the developer behind it, Sergey Titov.
They released their 'new' game on Steam - https://store.steampowered.com/app/743860/Wild_West_Online/ and they delete any negative threads/comments to hide the truth.

What we know so far:
Every single game that uses the Nightshade Engine is a cash grab. It's their own engine.
As mentioned by u/Storm_Worm5364 in the post I've linked, the company behind WWO has been renamed again to WWO Partners Limited and to DJ2 Entertainment.
They've also hidden the domain registrar - https://who.is/whois/playwwo.com Highly suspicious, if you're a trustworthy company that has nothing to hide, why do that? Every single Titov game had & has the domain hidden like this.
Now comes the best part, the domain playwwo.com was registered exactly 1 month before they've announced the shutdown of WarZ/ISS - https://steamcommunity.com/app/226700/discussions/0/208684375433081721/ here again the link from above to compare - https://who.is/whois/playwwo.com
That is a very strange coincidence don't you think?
Another company of Titov is called Online Warmongers Group, inc. (War Inc. Battlezone) The company address can be found here https://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapid=114449362
Now if we lookup the address on google maps - https://www.google.com/maps/@34.055249,-118.4265679,3a,75y,64.78h,92.88t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sXVOhfm13VVFBhI8jN7774g!2e0!7i16384!8i8192 we can see that it's an apartment building, probably just a mailbox address.

But that's not all, no. remember they've renamed the company behind the game, WWO Partners Limited/DJ2 Entertainment/612 Games is the same company (612 Santa Monica Blvd.) and they're just 20mins away from the two other addresses.
So his main company hasn't released a single game yet, why? They finance WWO because Titov himself is banned from selling games on steam so he needs a front man to do this for him, simple as that there is no other reason.
Even their lawyer is the same, they just added an 'A.' to his name:
